I'm Thankful For...

I am thankful for a lot of things. It's just really hard to make a list. I've been sitting on this post, trying to think of the things that I am thankful for and I just couldn't put it into words.

I am thankful for my little family. Without them, I don't know where I'd be. I love them all. They drive me crazy sometimes, but they make me so happy. I don't know what I would do without them.

I am thankful for being able to spend time in California with my family on important dates. Not many people can travel as often as I do. I definitely don't take it for granted. I know there's going to come a time where I won't be able to, so I'm trying to enjoy every moment that I can.

I am thankful for the opportunity of being able to own my own business. I am thankful for my sewing machine that helps me keep this business. I am SO THANKFUL for my awesome customers that help me stay at home with my little one. Y'all are just amazing.

I am thankful for each and every one of you.

Gift Guides

I love seeing all the different gift guides on the web this time of year. I'm especially loving the ones that post all handmade or small business items.

We made Salty Design Co.'s gift guide for littles!

It's such an honor to be featured. I love it. Thanks so much.

Check out her gift guide for the holidays.

What other gift guides have you bookmarked?

Enjoying My Time

I know, it's been a while since I've posted. I haven't really been motivated to turn on my laptop. I am definitely turning it on this weekend so I can respond to comments, leave comments and update the things that need to be updated.

We are moving! I'm pretty excited about that. We got a new place. I can't wait to move in at the end of the month.

My shop has been pretty busy and I love it. I ran a sale of moccasins on Instagram before I was going to post them in my shop. I sold out in less than 5 minutes. I was pretty excited about that. I had them all shipped out the next day. I'm currently sewing every day and trying to get my stock up for my next sale.

My birthday is on Sunday! I'm getting old... I'm not quite sure what we are doing yet, but I'm just excited to be with my family.

We went to San Francisco the other day. I wanted to make sure I got to go one last time before I left for the year. I also wanted to pick up some fleece lined leggings. They're 3 for $10! Can't go wrong with that! I picked up all the other colors that I don't have.

The new Bay Bridge is gorgeous. I loved driving over it. I want to drive over it in the daytime too, just to see parts of the old bridge. I didn't even realize they made a new one!

I loved the name of the restaurant, Darn Good Food. I was curious about their food, but it was pretty empty so we decided against it.

Birdie recognizes Starbucks' siren. She points out the "mermaid" whenever she sees her and that's on every other block here.

I love Chinatown. I had so much fun walking through here. We stopped at the bakery and loaded up on way too many treats, but they were delicious. We shopped around until we got some dinner.

All the shop keepers thought that Birdie was a big girl. Always gossiping about how she's a "big one" in Chinese. I even had one tell me I was wrong about her age. These ladies crack me up.

Did you hear about Bat Kid? Best wish ever. If I had known about it in advance, I would've gone. But hearing from friends and family up there was nice. The pictures and the videos online are extremely touching.

I promise it won't take me so long to update again.
